All About Mindi O'Brien 1 is her first DVD production --- it features Mindi O'Brien, Canada's top-ranked IFBB Fitness Superstar, and was developed by Doug Schneider.

The DVD is approximately one hour long and is jam-packed with training and nutritional tips, and contains motivational information that can help anyone succeed in transforming their body.

The first half focuses on Mindi, showing how she trains her triceps, biceps, and shoulders. It also contains candid interviews where Mindi explains how she eats, how she structures her fitness-related day, and how she motivates herself to succeed.

The second half features Mindi training her real-life friend and pupil, Tambra Tufford. Mindi puts Tambra through a chest and biceps workout, all the while explaining how she trains her clients and shows the little tips and tricks she's learned over the years to achieve her award-winning physique. For novices to those who are advanced, there's something for everyone in All About Mindi O'Brien 1.

Mindi O’Brien is a IFBB Fitness Superstar and shows us why. In 2004, she won the Canadian Fitness Championships with unanimous first-place votes, and then a little over one month later she won the SW USA Pro Cup, her first U.S.A. IFBB Pro Show. Since then she’s competed in numerous professional competitions, including the Fitness Olympia and Fitness International competitions, the two most prestigious competitions for professional fitness competitors.

Mindi lives in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada – she trains daily and works as a personal trainer, specializing in coaching other aspiring fitness and figure competitors. Mindi just competed in the 2006 Fitness International competition where she placed in the top ten. She is planning to compete in the New York Pro fitness competition, and hopes to qualify again for the Fitness Olympia, which will be held in Las Vegas in September.
