It includes all callouts from prejudging, round one and round two and all individual posing routine from evening show. So, this includes practically the entire contest. Also include backstage activities.

Contestants include : Flex Wheeler, Ronnie Coleman, Milos Sarcev, Eddie Robinson, Rich Gaspari, Darrem Charles, Dave Fisher, Jim Mentis, Fauzi Hanst, Sean Paul Jeankins, Derrick Whitsett, shreded Hamdullah Aykutlu, and more.

Flex Wheeler is the winner. This is two years before Ronnie won his Olympia crown. You will see Darrem's great posing, the widest back in the game, Fauzi Hanst, the Big Guns of Eddie Robinson, plus the sliced Hamdullah. And don't forget to notice how much Ronnie has grown over the 10 years following this contest.
